As per the Miamirealtors report, Palm Beach County total home sales jumped 34% year-over-year, from 2,412 to 3,233. Palm Beach single-family home sales jumped 32.8% year-over-year, from 1,369 to 1,818. Palm Beach's existing condo transactions increased 35.7% year-over-year, from 1,043 to 1,415.
Palm Beach County single-family home sales and existing condos have now each posted increases for four consecutive months.
Palm Beach County single-family home sales are up 0.3% year-over-year through the first 10 months of 2020. Palm Beach existing condos are down 4.2% year-over-year through the first 10 months of 2020.

Palm Beach single-family homes priced between $400K to $600K surged 58.3% year-over-year to 516 transactions in October 2020. Palm Beach existing condo sales priced between $400K to $600K increased 88.1% to 126 transactions.
